Peptide Dosage Calculator.

Check the math before the draw. Enter your vial amount, water volume, and target dose to calculate mL and U-100 syringe units.

Your vial & target dose

Use the amounts on your label and your clinician’s instructions. All fields stay in your browser.

Total peptide mass, not the vial’s liquid capacity. Single ingredient only.

Use the final solution volume confirmed by your pharmacist. Water added is only equivalent if the final volume is the same.

Enter your prescribed dose. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg. Changing the unit reinterprets the entered number.

Your U-100 syringe

Read your syringe packaging. This tool does not support U-40, U-500, pens, or drug-potency IU.

Your calculated draw

Fill in your vial and dose. The syringe will draw it for you.

This is a volume conversion, not a dose recommendation or reconstitution protocol. It cannot verify a product’s identity, purity, sterility, suitability, or the correct diluent.

Understand the conversion.

A dose in mg or mcg describes the amount of peptide. A volume in mL describes the liquid. U-100 syringe units describe that volume on a specific scale; they are not a measure of peptide potency.

The calculation assumes the labeled amount is fully dissolved, evenly distributed, and the entered volume is the final solution volume. For blends, existing liquid products, or a label that gives concentration directly, ask your pharmacist to confirm the calculation.

How the numbers connect

  1. Concentration (mg/mL)Vial amount (mg) ÷ final volume (mL)
  2. Draw volume (mL)Target dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL)
  3. U-100 syringe unitsDraw volume (mL) × 100

Convert mcg to mg by dividing by 1,000 first.

Confirm the instructions, not just the arithmetic.

Your licensed clinician or pharmacist should confirm the prescribed dose, diluent, final concentration, syringe, storage, and handling. A calculator cannot establish that an injectable product is safe or appropriate. BioKingdom provides education and coaching, not prescribing or pharmacy services.

The FDA has reported dosing errors involving confusion between mg, mL, and syringe units. Read the FDA safety notice.
