The person comes before the plan.
When your effort isn’t translating into progress, another program isn’t always the whole answer. Zach’s approach begins with a conversation about you: your training history, current routine, goals, and the parts that feel stuck.
From there, you work together on priorities, a personalized plan, and adjustments as you go. The aim is support that fits real life.
Coaching is virtual, so you can work with Zach wherever you are. A free discovery call gives you a chance to meet Zach and ask how working together might look.
Explore coaching with ZachA personal transformation. A new purpose.
In March 2023, Zach recorded his starting point: 36 years old, 6 foot 1, and 245 pounds. He was also working through recovery from serious brain injuries. He had no idea where that first photo would lead.
Ten months later, he was modeling athletic wear. By 12 months, he was modeling swimwear, with invitations to model at Miami Swim Week and in New York. For Zach, the change opened up a future he hadn’t imagined.

Looking beyond the mirror
Zach credits Dr. Sean O’Mara’s teaching with introducing him early on to the importance of visceral fat and long-term health. It changed the way he thought about transformation: building muscle and changing his appearance were only part of what mattered to him.
Visceral fat sits deep inside the abdomen, around internal organs. Excess visceral fat is associated with greater health risks. Sustainable eating habits and regular physical activity can help reduce it. Appearance alone cannot tell you how much you have; a licensed clinician can assess your individual health risks.

From personal passion to coaching
Zach describes this work as a calling, shaped by his faith and a desire to help others. He credits God with bringing purpose and mentors into his life as his own journey became a career.
Over four years managing Nutrishop, Zach says he wrote thousands of meal plans and developed his knowledge of basic supplementation. Mentors with decades of experience also encouraged his interest in peptide education.
Today, he brings that experience to personalized training plans, weekly check-ins, and education. His focus is helping people build habits that support their goals over time. Medical assessment, treatment, and any peptide prescribing remain the responsibility of independent licensed clinicians.

Zach’s role is coaching and education. He does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide physician services. When clinical evaluation is relevant, independent licensed medical providers handle evaluations, authorizations, and prescriptions.
